"Great deals and awesome support"
The US Postal Service lost my order for a couple of days - but Music Store Live had everything sorted out on their side. Ben at MSL was super proactive and even suggested sending a replacement if it didn’t show up. Thankfully, it finally came and works like a charm!

The support from the team was top-notch. The Loar mandolin I got came with a fantastic setup. I didn’t need to lift a finger. Delivery was quick, especially considering it was right around the holidays. I’ve never shopped with Music Store Live before, but their service blew away what I typically see from the larger online shops.
